You retain ownership of all information, documents, and content you upload to RealClose.io.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time.

RealClose.io does not provide legal, tax, title, escrow, lending, or financial advice.

Users may discontinue use of the service and cancel subscriptions at any time.
